Terms of Service

By accessing the Service you agree to these terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind that organization.

We may update the Service from time to time, including adding, modifying, or removing features. Material changes affecting paid plans will be communicated in advance.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Provide accurate registration information
• Keep credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise
• Use the Service only with valid authorization from your workspace owner

You agree not to:

• Use the Service to violate law or the rights of others
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems or other workspaces
• Interfere with the integrity, performance, or security of the Service
• Reverse engineer or scrape the Service except where permitted by law
• Upload content that infringes intellectual property or contains malware

You retain ownership of the data and content you upload, import, or generate through the Service ("Customer Data").

You grant ChainsSignal a limited license to host, process, and display Customer Data solely as necessary to provide and secure the Service. We process Customer Data on your behalf in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Service includes AI-assisted features that produce risk scores, alerts, and recommendations. These outputs are decision-support, not decision-making.

• AI outputs are probabilistic and may be incomplete or incorrect
• You are responsible for reviewing AI outputs before acting on them
• The Service does not place purchase orders, sign supplier contracts, release shipments, or commit financial obligations on your behalf
• Your operators and approvers remain accountable for procurement, compliance, and operational decisions

Plans include defined limits for suppliers, materials, shipments, seats, integrations, and other resources. Exceeding plan limits may require upgrading or adding capacity.

We may apply reasonable rate limits and abuse protections to preserve service quality.

Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select. Unless otherwise agreed, fees are non-refundable.

• Plan changes take effect on the next billing cycle unless stated otherwise
• Add-ons and overages may be billed separately
• Taxes are added where applicable
• Failure to pay may result in suspension of access

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, non-payment, or risk to the security or integrity of the Service.

On termination, you may export Customer Data for a reasonable period as described in your agreement and the Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainsSignal disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Risk scores, alerts, and recommendations are estimates based on available data and are not guarantees of any future event.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ChainsSignal will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to the Service.

Total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited as set forth in your applicable order or workspace agreement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction specified in your applicable order. Disputes are subject to the venue and dispute-resolution mechanism described in your agreement.
